Smoking and Vaping:

Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the property in any area. All guest bedrooms, common areas and corridors are strictly no smoking/vaping. Guests who smoke inside the property, will be charged £200 per instance, required to cover the cost of deep cleaning all the soft furnishings. Repeated smoking within rooms may result in the early termination of your stay without reimbursement.
The designated smoking area is within the rear garden area only, please move away from the building when smoking, to prevent smoke from entering guest windows. Please do not smoke outside the Reception main front door at any time.
Illegal Substances:
Should we have reason to believe guests are partaking in the use of illegal substances of any form, either inside or outside the property, we reserve the right to terminate the stay with immediate effect, without reimbursement and to contact the police where appropriate.
