After traveling the world and having many wonderful experiences staying at Misterb&b's I've decided to host in my modern 3 bedroom terrace in Sydney's Inner West.
I offer my guest bedroom on the first floor (so must be okay with stairs) with a queen bed, own large balcony, air conditioner and adjacent bathroom with bath / shower (I have my own ensuite) as well as use of the large living / dining room and courtyard. The kitchen may also be used for preparing / heating simple meals and storing food so long as you clean up after yourself.
The complex I'm in has an outdoor pool available during the day in the warmer months, and the 41 hectare Sydney Park is a 5 minute walk away - perfect for people watching, running or reading a book in the sun.
There are lots of LGBTQ+ friendly places within walking distance (Erskineville, Newtown, Redfern) and to go a bit further there are heaps of transport options with Erskineville station a 7 minute walk (2 stops to Central Station) and nearby bus stops.
