The street-side entrance leads to the 23 m2 living room, with a very comfortable lounge and dining area for up to 6 people, then to a separate, fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto a small terrace overlooking a magnificent flower-filled garden (that of the neighbors, who are very friendly). You'll have access to the terrace, not to the garden, but you'll be able to enjoy its view and coolness during the day and evening (north-facing).
The kitchen has been completely redone and is equipped with all the necessary equipment: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and small freezer, induction hob, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, bodum coffee maker, teapot... Also very well equipped with kitchen accessories.
The bathroom is accessed via the kitchen, which has also been completely refurbished with a walk-in shower. Separate WC.
The very comfortable living room is equipped with a TV connected to the fiber, and wifi works throughout the house. Board games and books are available.
Upstairs, two pretty bedrooms, the master bedroom with a 160*200 bed, and an office area where you can get away from it all to work.
A second bedroom with a 140*190 bunk bed on the lower level and a 90*190 bunk bed on the upper level on the courtyard side, can accommodate up to 3 people.
The bunk bed's ladder is removable for greater comfort if only the lower bed is occupied.
Both bedrooms are equipped with fans, blinds and shutters.
An anchor for bikes is on the front of the house.
You'll be right in the center of St-Pierre, while enjoying the peace and quiet of the township. The covered market and main street are just a two-minute walk away, with bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
