Our 2-story 3BR townhome is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, near shopping centers, restaurants, medical care, banks, ********, Publix, etc, with less than a 30-minute drive to one of our beautiful white sand beaches.
Unwind in the cozy living area, furnished with your comfort in mind perfect for movie nights or engaging conversations. Enjoy one of the local restaurants or cook at home with a fully stocked kitchen awaiting your culinary adventures. Please note food and non-water beverages are downstairs only.

This beautiful 3-bedroom townhome sleeps 6 people with the addition of a sleeping sofa located on the main level. The master room holds a queen bed, 2nd room has a full-size bed, and 3rd room holds two twin beds, a washer and dryer, and a clothing steamer, and both full baths have a hair dryer.
We provide starter consumables of toilet paper and paper towels. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, pool towels, coffee, tea, dish/laundry detergent etc. Please note these are provided per stay, not per day.

Please note this is a smoke-free, drug-free (including marijuana) property, and guests suspected of any use will be removed immediately and will incur all costs to remove the smell, etc.
Please park in the driveway only. Note that beached do not allow dogs.
Please note all bedrooms are upstairs, with the addition of a sleeping sofa on the main floor, and sheets provided upon request.
You will receive a door code for the smart locks the morning of your check-in, valid for the duration of your stay.

The world-famous Blue Angels are based at NAS Pensacola and can be seen practicing over the Museum at NAS Pensacola on select days throughout the year.
Pensacola Beach is 30 minutes away. Navarre is about an hour and a little over an hour it's Destin and more of a nightlife.

• Please park in the driveway only, we kindly ask you to not use the garage,
• This is a smoke-free, drug-free property (including medical & recreational marijuana), anyone suspected of any use will be removed from the property & incur all costs to remove the smell & repair any damage.
• Smoking evidence will incur a $750
fee.
• All non-water drink & food is requested to stay downstairs.
Carpets stained by humans or pets will incur a $500 fee.
• Any missing or damaged linens incur a $50 fee per item.
• The property pool is open for your enjoyment during your entire slay.
Pool hours are from 7 am to 9 pm, the pool key fob is located by the front door. Please return it to the hook.
The loss of the pool key will be $60.
Check out the information: Please leave all used towels on the bathroom floor, and throw all trash and recyclable items in bins located at the entrance. Please turn all lights off, make sure both back and front doors are locked and the AC is set back to 73 degrees. Don't forget to put Pool Fab back on the hook by the entrance as we don't want you to end up with a replacement fee.
