Set in a former tufa stone schoolhouse, in a bucolic and elegant setting, you'll be seduced by its stone walls, enclosed garden and soothing view over the river.

Our 150 m2 house dates from the 19th century and comprises a ground-floor entrance leading to a bright living room with 2 sofas and an office area, a separate dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils), a bathroom with bath and toilet.
First floor:
A master suite with TV, bathroom and toilet, 2 adjoining bedrooms, the first with 2 pull-out beds and a TV corner, and the second with a double bed and a single bed.
The property offers all modern comforts and has been charmingly renovated.
