We are very excited to have you as guests in our apartment. Please let us know a little about your trip and confirm you have read the following house rules.
WE RESPECTFULLY ASK...
* Check-in is at 3pm. If there is availability for an early check-in, we will notify you prior to your arrival. Check-out is at 11am.
* Door locks automatically.
* Plenty of parking available outside.
* NO INSIDE SMOKING. Please do not smoke or vape inside the house. Outside is allowed.
* NO PETS allowed.
* Please book your reservation with the correct number of guests so we make sure the apartment is stocked properly for your stay. Additional guests are not allowed. Maximum is 4. If you need flexibility on this please reach out to us. IF additional guests are approved, there will be a charge of 100 Euros per stay.
* This is a quiet neighborhood. No parties or loud music.
* No illegal activities.
* Quiet hours are from 11PM to 7:00AM. Please be respectful to our neighbors.
* No alcohol consumption by Guests under 18 years old.
* Please don’t take the bath towels to the beach. Use only the beach towels.
* Should you break, lose or damage anything please notify the hosts. We are pretty flexible and understanding.
* Don't make the beds that have been used please- we'll take care of that!
Quiet Times
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 11pm and 7am noise should be kept to a minimum.
Breakages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
Smoking Policy
This is a smoke-free home. No smoking of any substance, including vaping, are allowed inside the house.
Smoking outside and on the terrace IS ALLOWED!
Pets
We love pets but unfortunately they are NOT allowed for this rental.
Pool Hours
Pool access is between 9AM- 9PM

* 300 Euros will be charged for unauthorized guests, unauthorized pets, or for smoking.
* 100 Euros will be charged for unauthorized late check-out.
