ID Documents
Spanish law requires all guests are registered. The only permissible ID documents for this purpose are passports and national identity cards. You must bring one or other of these with you otherwise we cannot allow you to stay at Can Grande. Sub-letting is prohibited
The Property may not be sublet. Guest reservation is not transferable to any other party. Guest shall not assign or sublease the Property or permit the use of any portion of the Property by other persons who are not family members or guests of the Guest and included within the number of and as permitted occupants under this Agreement.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests allowed to stay at Can Grande is eight, as defined by our tourism licence. Any additional guests taking the total for your stay above eight will be denied entry or the entire booking will be cancelled.
Use of Jacuzzi
We'll go through the jacuzzi rules on arrival with you, but in summary please wash before entering, no food and drink while in the jacuzzi and no climbing on the cover or clothes left on the cover of the jacuzzi. If damaged, it costs €1000 to replace.
Remove Rubbish / Garbage
You agree to take your rubbish / garbage and recycling away and leave the house tidy when you depart.
If we have to dispose of your rubbish and/or recycling we will make a charge of €25 payable through ********.
Noise & Good Neighbourliness
The old town is a tranquil and intimate setting where people often sleep with their windows open at night, so we try not to disturb each other. When booking Can Grande you agree to cease parties, amplified music and other noise/disturbance especially outside, by midnight.
You agree not to store bicycles outside the house, leaning against our or others walls.
You agree not to leave cars unattended on the street outside (unattended vehicles can and do get ticketed by the town police).
Electricity Fair Use Policy
We have a “fair use" policy for electricity usage. As all rooms have combination air conditioning and heating we charge for electricity use over a fair allowance of 250kW per week (pro rata to the length of your stay) with use in excess of this charged at €0,50 per kW. Please turn off the air-conditioning when you go out for the day, this alone will keep you inside the allowance. If you have used electricity over the allowance we will send an invoice or ******** supplementary charges request to you after your stay.
