This 1200 sq ft home is ideal for 4-6 adults, but can accommodate up to 8 guests with the addition of 2 deluxe, easy inflatable, air mattresses per request.
Patio furniture & hammock are put away, and are not available, starting mid-Nov through mid-Mar.
As you enter, you'll be welcomed by the open concept floorplan featuring a living room which is open to the kitchen. It’s a wonderful space to gather with your group.
The living room has spacious windows overlooking one of Boise's most beloved neighborhoods. Full of fun & good vibes, this hip & vibrant space is the perfect cool hang out. Enjoy listening to our collection of vintage 80's albums, chill out to the music, or have a dance party with our colorful stargazer!
You will love the fully equipped kitchen with a movable island and dining table for 8 people. Everything has been thoughtfully curated: Beautiful dishes, glasses & flatware for entertaining. A fun & whimsical gourmet coffee/tea bar. Essential baking & cooking supplies provided...even breakfast items! It's all here :)
Retreat to the bedrooms to find a peaceful haven at the end of the day. Enjoy our comfortable Beautyrest Plush mattresses, luxury 1000 count Egyptian cotton sheets, deluxe pillows and blackout drapes/blinds to help you get a good night's sleep after your night out on the town.
The Love Shack has modern, full bathrooms with showers & tubs. Oversized, soft cotton towels and bathing supplies are furnished for your needs. We also provide a basket of essentials, just in case you forget something.
Working remotely? We've got you covered with a private, dedicated work space located in the main bedroom with high speed internet, 377Mbps. Perfect for Zoom calls.
Parking is easy at The Love Shack. We have 5 designated spaces for you to use. You may park in the two spaces directly in front of the home on South Lincoln Ave, or in the two spaces directly behind the home on Lincoln Alley Ave. We also offer a smaller, detached, single car garage w/remote seasonally - starting mid-March and ending mid- November.

Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 21 or older to rent property. Underage drinking and/or illegal substances are not allowed on property.
Visitors: We allow 4 additional guests not staying overnight.
Pets: As a reminder, pets are not allowed, except necessary service animals. Emotional support animals are not allowed. If evidence of pet is found, an additional cleaning fee of $300 will be assessed.
No events allowed. No commercial photography or filming allowed.
Parking: Please do not park in front of neighbors’ homes. Parking is available in the two spaces directly in front of the home, and the two spaces directly behind the home in the alleyway. We also provide a single car garage for guests to use seasonally - starting mid-March and ending mid- November.
Moving furniture: Please leave the house in the same condition you found it in. If you move furniture, please put it back where you found it.
Food & Drink: Please keep all food & drink in the kitchen and dining areas. You will be charged for any damage that occurs by not keeping this rule.
Firepit: Keep the firepit on the gravel area near the shed. Do not move onto the deck or on the grass.
Umbrellas: Please put umbrellas in the down position after each use to keep them from blowing away and becoming damaged.
Web swing: Please have no more than 2 people at a time on the swing for your safety.
Check-In: We are happy to accommodate an early check in if possible. Please request 24hrs in advance.
Checkout: Late checkout is not available. Please respect the 11:00am check out time, as we need time to prepare for our next guest. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if cleaners need to be rescheduled due to guest not checking out on time.
