The apartment is equipped with bed and bath linens, extra pillows, comforters for the summer and winter seasons, and kitchen utensils. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, TV, and WiFi.
The set of keys that is delivered includes the key to the outer door, two keys to the inner door, and two keys to access the building courtyard for emptying garbage. In case the keys are lost, the cost to redo them is EUR 60.

The building is a residential building where several people, including elderly people, live, so please do not make noise after 10 p.m. and in general avoid annoying noises that may disturb neighbors.
