I don't include breakfast as such but you're more than welcome to help yourself to whatever may be in the kitchen at the time if your stay, I just can't guarantee availability. There is ALWAYS tea, coffee available which you can help yourself to. Local main street is (5-10minute walk away) offers plenty of shops, restaurants, takeaways, a gym, barbers/hairdressers, beauticians, etc. Anything else you'd like to know, please just ask. I am a friendly, outgoing, and sociable working professional who will be happy to chat/offer local suggestions but also very much respect your privacy and personal space.
