Property Details:
This 100-sqm apartment is located on the 38th floor with an elevator. There is a private balcony. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

The first bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms are street facing and have quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is en-suite to the first bedroom with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The second bathroom is accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. There is air conditioning.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
