that's what we named our Guest House which offers several studio apartments and right now you are looking at the description of the space "Puccini" which measures 25 square meters with private bathroom and mini kitchen.
It is located on the ground floor and has a French door connected with the inner courtyard/garden of the house.
Those who love art, books, and music will find interesting stories, materials, and insights in a building that has its own history-we will tell it to you if you like-and was completely renovated in ********.
We welcome guests in person, register them and give them the keys to the house, you will be independent to come and go as you please.
The spaces are bright and clean; the heating and cooling system ensures comfort in all seasons. Travelers appreciate the relaxation they can enjoy especially after spending perhaps some nice hustle and bustle days in nearby places (lakes, Milan, airport, fairs): relaxation is assured here!
You can also enjoy the outdoor space that is shared-we try our best to make it more and more cozy and luckily Nature lends us a hand 😊, the plants are growing.
You don't need a car to get there:
we are in front of the "Busto Arsizio Nord" train station, which offers frequent connections! In less than 10 minutes you get right inside the Milan Malpensa airport (ticket costs 4 euros) and in 25 minutes you are in the heart of Milan, close to Castello Sforzesco a al Duomo.
The furnishings are allergy-free and new.
Mattresses are firm, with toppers; there are high and low pillows and comforters depending on the season covered with quality cotton sheets and fabrics. The floor is mineralized wood.
"Puccini" is ideal for one or two people. There is only one double bed (160 x 200 cm).
If needed, we also have a crib for babies up to 2 years old.
The MINI- KITCHEN has refrigerator, microwave, kettle, 2 induction stoves.
The private BATHROOM with window has sink, toilet, hand shower, shower. You will find towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner.
THE LOCATION is strategic to visit Milan or the Lombard lakes, and Milan Malpensa airport is very close and by train is very comfortable and cheap.
WALKING FROM THE HOUSE YOU CAN REACH.
- the train station in 4 minutes ("Busto Arsizio Nord" station)
- the historic center of Busto Arsizio in less than 10 minutes. It is a quiet town, off the tourist trail but with its historical sights such as the Textile Museum 15 minutes from home;
we can recommend the best places among wine bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, bookstores, stores, etc.
- an excellent sushi restaurant (7 minutes)
- a supermarket (4-minute walk) and a large supermarket (6 minutes).
- a swimming pool that is also outdoors in summer (10 minutes)
PARKING:
you can park your bike or motorcycle inside the private courtyard; your car can be left for free in front of the house in the public street, which is video monitored.

- Smoking is prohibited in the house but there is still room for smoking outside, for example on the balcony or in the courtyard.
- No parties - strictly no parties allowed.
- No animals-we love animals but sorry: not even small animals are allowed.
When checking in to register you we have to ask for ID/passport. Failure to present a valid ID does not allow you to stay in the house and excludes any possibility of refund.
Entry into the house is provided only for the number of people booked.
We usually welcome you in person; if we cannot be present, we will open the door remotely and meet you later to register check-in documents.
