* Windows are equipped with mosquito nets. It is nice to enjoy wildlife and nature, but not fun having them in your bed.
* Turn off the A/C when you are not at home.
* Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors. Non-compliance will be charged with a cleaning fee of 5,000 THB.
* We love babies but must advise you that this house is unsafe for toddlers.
* Please take care of the furniture and not re-arrange or move them.
* No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
* Please cover the bathtub with a protective cover when not in use.
* Please do not leave food, dirty dishes, etc. lying around. Ants, cockroaches, and other SCARY animals are nearby in a tropical area.
