The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, an oven, a toaster, and an American fridge that dispenses fresh filtered water and ice at will.
There is also a Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine for preparing breakfasts of all kinds.
The bathroom, which is brand new, is bright, spacious and equipped with all amenities: from a comfortable walk-in shower to a Led mirror.
The home is also equipped with Wifi with High-Speed Fiber, 2 TVs, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and washer/dryer (paid service, to be requested).

Within walking distance of the apartment is a small, well-maintained and very pleasant public park, which runs alongside the ancient Roman Aqueduct.
There is a playground, skate track, Basketball court, Bocciodromo, Chess and Ping-Pong tables.

Also within walking distance from the accommodation, there is a sports club with Swimming Pool and adjoining park where you can cool off on hot summer days, which has an agreement with the facility and is accessible by reservation (Seasonal Service - June/September).
