Bustling with plants in every corner, you can’t help but feel recharged.
Walking distance from hot spots like the Masonic Temple, Detroit Shipping Co, the Little Caesar’s arena, Downtown Detroit, and more; this studio is perfect for walkers, bikers, drivers (free street parking), or ride sharers.
The main quarters are a shared living/bedroom space with a queen bed and a twin futon. As well as a separate kitchen, walk through closet, and bathroom for complete privacy.
With 7th floor views of Detroit, and easy highway access, you won’t find better value anywhere else.
This building and its surrounding neighbourhood are under the green light agreement, meaning they are protected by 24/7 police surveillance and patrolling (there are no cameras in my studio) for added comfort.
