FRONT YARD
From the bistro table on the front porch you can see flocks of peacocks roaming the streets, and if you're lucky - they will even come up to the property for an up-close encounter.

LIVING ROOM
When you enter the house you are immediately immersed into the living room space of the property. The emerald green corduroy couch seats three people comfortably while an additional woven armchair can seat a fourth. The 55" 4K Roku TV swivels for optimal viewing from anywhere in the room. Netflix is included and guests are welcome to sign in to other streaming apps with their own accounts. If it's a hot summer day, you can pull the room darkening shades down on the windows to block the incoming light and turn the AC split on for an immediate cooling.

MASTER BEDROOM
To the right of the living room is the master bedroom. There is a king bed with a brand new mattress (perfectly firm and soft) with two nightstands and mismatched bohemian table lamps. The 40" Roku TV swivels for optimal viewing from anywhere in the room. The closet has enough space for storing clothes, luggage, and hangers to keep all of your shirts organized.

GUEST BEDROOM
One door past the master bedroom is the guest bedroom, with a queen bed and mattress that is so comfortable you will fall asleep the moment you lay down on it. There are tow Kartell Componibili nightstands on either side of the bed with charming mismatched table ******** nightstands have multiple storage compartments to store small essentials. The 40" Roku TV swivels for optimal viewing throughout the entire bedroom, and a spacious closet is equipped with hangers to neatly organize all of your clothing.

BATHROOM
Next to both of the bedrooms is the bathroom for the entire property. The tub is brand new and large enough for bathing, and the shower has a detachable hose for getting all of the extra sand off your body after a sunny beach day.

KITCHEN
The gorgeous kitchen has been redone with black panels, stainless steel appliances, and a deep ceramic sink. A Keurig coffee maker will greet you every morning with complimentary coffee pods, sugar, Splenda, and creamer packets. The refrigerator is full sized, perfect for storing all of the ingredients for your home cooked meals (or that leftover pizza you ordered at 3am after a night out). There is ample storage space and all of the essentials you could need to prepare food is neatly tucked away in the cupboards. Additionally, there is a stove, oven, microwave, tea kettle, and toaster.

DEDICATED WORKSPACE
Nestled in the kitchen is a long desk with a chair and storage drawers. The window in front of the desk provides ample natural light during the day so that you can get all of your remote work done in a comfortable setting.

DINING ROOM
A vibrant rug lays beneath a natural wood table with seating for up to four people. Mismatched rattan and suede bohemian dining chairs set the scene, while a comfortable lounger chair with an orange ceramic accent table provide a special place in the house to get some reading in.

BACKYARD
An extra large dining table sits upon the paved patio, with stunning hand-woven green chairs and a ginormous extendable 11 foot umbrella. Past the dining table, beneath a sprawling tree, is the lounge set with two love seats and two single seats surrounding a fire pit. A hammock sits next to the lounge set, a perfect spot for watching stars in the evening.
