This magnificent beach house can accomodate up to 8 people and is the perfect choice for relaxing holidays in Chalkidiki. Located in the heart of Skala Fourkas and in front of the sea, it offers breathtaking views of the Aegean, the pine forests of Kassandra and the beautiful summer sunset.
Golden Sunset beachfront holiday home is built in two levels, offering magnificent sea view on the front upper floor and calming garden view on the ground floor.
On the ground floor there is a wide living room area with two big sofa beds, comfortably accomodating up to 4 people. Next to the living room, we have a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with a shower.
Moving on to the upper floor, two spacious bedrooms for 4 people are located, with access to the sea view balcony, and an extra bathroom with shower and washing machine.
All areas of the house are exclusively for our guests' private use.
This holiday home is part of a wider complex of summer houses. The neighbors are all very friendly and we share the garden area on the backside. The barbeque on the pictures is strictly for our guests' private use.

Excellent fish tavern, with the greatest sea view in the area. During sunset hours, it is pure magic. For seafood lovers, it's a must.

For people who enjoy mixing traditional dishes with a more elegant serving and a fine cuisine approach, Poseidon is the place to visit. Excellent seafood, a bit more expensive though than the other nearby restaurants.
-Possidi Beach
Posidi is a village just 5 km away from Fourka, with the spectacular beach called Miti. Do not hesitate to visit the lovely beach and enjoy its crystal waters.
