The apartment is located in the downtown area of the city, from it you can walk to the emblematic Paseo Santa Lucia, walking is 100 meters, because of its location the Macroplaza and Paseo Morelos shopping malls are at your disposal, the legendary Barrio Antiguo with its bars and clubs which you can visit walking and return to the apartment, this is a few blocks walk to Barrio Antiguo.
It has 3 bedrooms, each one has a 32" TV, a pedestal fan in each one, mini split in each room, a built-in closet in 2 of them and the third one has a coat rack perfect for hanging belongings. Each room has a double bed, it has a full bathroom in the living room, it is integrated with personal use accessories such as shampoo, liquid soap, hand soap, the apartment has a living-dining room area 42" TV with cable channels 70 cable channels plus 10 free TV, It has a smart converter for you to enter your Netflix account or play YouTube, it has a pedestal fan in the living-dining room area, the apartment has privacy film on all windows for comfort and privacy, it has Internet of 50 megabytes, the geographical area of the apartment makes everything centrally located and easily accessible.
For better comfort the apartment is complete and exclusive for the reservation, for convenience we do not have common areas, 3 bedrooms, living room, 1 bathroom, a steam iron for clothing, kitchen with accessories for personal use, refrigerator, microwave oven.

Our Check In is at 3:00 PM, our Check Out is at 12:00 PM, we ask you to leave the apartment in the best possible conditions as it was delivered to you.
If your departure is after 12:00 PM it is important to note that you can plan from the beginning to add an extra day at the beginning of your planning or during the reservation, according to your departure plans.
It is not allowed to check in before 3:00 PM due to the cleaning grace period.
We do not have luggage storage for the security of the apartment and the guest.
The amount of towels will be calculated at 2 towels per room, because the bed is a double bed (2 persons per room).
It is a NO SMOKING apartment, but you can smoke in the corridor or in the gardens outside.
The parking spaces for cars are located on the periphery of the condominiums, they are free so it is easy to find a parking place.
On the back street you will find a laundromat, super markets, restaurants of different gastronomy, self-service stores, beauty salons, etc.
Due to the location of the apartment, two blocks away there is a subway station line 3 (Santa Lucia). If you move in UBER or DIDI you can put in the search engine OXXO Florencio Antillon, is located on the corner of the access corridor.
It is located on the second floor, has a security door and video surveillance camera on the outside.
