Charming Traditional Parisian Apartment in a Serene Neighborhood
Just in front of tramway 3A and metro line 8, 10 minutes walking for line 6. Around the corner from the public renting bicycles and several busses all around.
Located in a peaceful area of Paris, adjacent to the historic Museum of Immigration and one of the city's largest parks, the "Bois de Vincennes".
We speak: English, French, Portuguese, Serbo-Croatian and a little of Spanish and Italian. :)
Dimensions of bed: 190cm x 120cm
The apartment boasts a range of amenities. However, it does not have an elevator so it can be complicated for people with reduced mobility (sorry old building), including proximity to a Buddhist temple, a designated nudist area, cruising place and a delightful restaurant, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking tranquility and convenience.
While the apartment may not be the largest, its cozy atmosphere and authentic French charm make it a delightful place to call home. Adorned with over 100 carefully cultivated plants spread throughout the rooms, the space exudes a serene ambiance that invites relaxation and contemplation.
Please note that as plant enthusiasts, we kindly ask for occasional access to the rooms to tend to our beloved greenery. However, we are open to discussing any arrangements that may accommodate both parties.
As a recently married couple, we pride ourselves on maintaining a calm and welcoming environment, ensuring that our guests feel at ease and at home. But if you want to party feel free, we are probably just old.
We invite you to experience the charm and tranquility of this traditional Parisian apartment. Contact us for further details or to schedule a viewing.

Welcome to our humble abode! We're pretty chill folks, so feel free to bring your pals over and do your thing, just as long as everyone respects our personal space and the sacred territory of our beloved plants (yes, they have names).
Our green babies mean the world to us, so please treat them with the same care and respect you'd give a fluffy kitten. They've been with us through thick and thin, and they're not afraid to throw some leafy shade if they feel neglected.
Now, we do have a bit of a grandma and grandpa bedtime routine, but don't worry, we won't rain on your parade. A bit of late-night shenanigans is totally cool, as long as the noise level stays at a "distant muffled laughter" on the Richter scale.
As mentioned in the ad, our place is basically a jungle disguised as a home. We might need to pop in once a day to check on our green friends, make sure they're soaking up the right vibes, you know? But hey, if that's cramping your style, we can dim the grow lights and put the jungle on snooze mode during your stay.
So, kick back, soak up the Parisian vibes, and let's make some memories together. Just remember: leave the drama at the door, water the plants if you're feeling extra generous(please don't they have an eating schedule or they will get fat), and above all, have a blast!
PS: is our building rule to not give the door password to strangers so if you feeling naughty and wanting to have some fun, please go downstairs to open the door as you guests arrive, thanks.
