The room is in a shared house, shared with myself (the host) and my 6 year old son.
The en-suite room is at the top of the house, on it's own floor, so is very private and peaceful. Guests are free to come and go any hours.
Rental is for the room & ensuite only with no access to the host's main kitchen or lounge. The room has it's own small kitchenette.
