The building has four access streets. The one of my block (block 2) is in an alley parallel to the sea, with the number 70 registered on the entrance (the glass door leads to a small hall).
My apartment is on the first floor and to access it you'll have to climb 6 steps as there is no elevator.
There is no concierge, so copies of both of the keys (the apartment and the entrance ones) will remain with you.

The apartment is 350m from the beach, a 5-minute walk from the Pontal da Cruz pier (the sunrise from there is very beautiful!) and it is located between the Deserta beach (a delight to walk there, even at night!) and the Arrastão beach (the most popular in the central region). My place is in a very safe block, including the low risks of landslides and floods.
Your nights sleep will be guaranteed away from the hustle and bustle of the center, although relatively close to it (2.5km), the Arrastão beach (2.6km, in the opposite direction) and the ferry to Ilhabela (3.8km).
You will have several services less than 10 minutes away on foot, such as Droga Raia drug store, Shell gas station, Rocha ice cream parlor, convenience stores, Elite bakery, barber shop, Sem Compromisso restaurant, bus stops, CAE multi-sports courts, and even a small grocery store on the front corner (Pontal da Alegria), for any last-minute trouble or for that batch of warm bread first thing in the morning!
A little further, but still within a 3km radius, you will find supermarkets such as Semar (2.2km), Pão de Açúcar (2.5km) and Shibata (2.7km). The intercity bus station is 3.3km away.
