MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests allowed in the ******** rental is 10 people. Any additional guests must be approved by the host in advance.

PET POLICY: Pets are allowed with a $125 fee per pet. A maximum of two pets is permitted per stay. Service animals are allowed free of charge with proper documentation.

POOL AREA: For safety reasons, no glass containers or items are allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and within the premises of the property, including the outdoor areas. Illegal drugs of any kind are not permitted.

NO LARGE PARTIES OR EVENTS: Large gatherings or events exceeding the maximum occupancy of 10 people are not allowed without prior approval from the host. Visitors are allowed, but may not stay overnight.

RESPECTFUL TREATMENT: Guests are expected to treat the home with respect and care, keeping it clean and tidy throughout their stay.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these times.

RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS: Please be mindful of the neighbors and refrain from any activities that may disturb them, including loud music or noise.

ACCIDENTS DISCLAIMER: The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur in or around the home, including the swimming pool area. Guests use all facilities at their own risk.

POOL SAFETY: All guests using the swimming pool must do so at their own risk. Children must be supervised by adults at all times in the pool area.

PARKING: Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the designated parking area. Please park only in designated spots and avoid blocking driveways or access to neighboring properties.

GARBAGE AND RECYCLING DISPOSAL: Please dispose of all trash and recyclables in the designated bins provided. Do not leave trash or litter outside the bins or around the property.

KITCHEN USE: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, but are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Please load and start the dishwasher before checkout.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Guests are required to leave the property in the same condition as they found it, with all furniture and amenities intact.

COMMUNICATION: For any questions, concerns, or emergencies, guests can contact the host via the ******** messaging system or phone number provided. We are here to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Violations of any of the above policies will result in a $1,000 fine per occurrence.

POOL SERVICE: The swimming pool is typically serviced on Fridays.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping services may occur on any weekday.

TRASH AND RECYCLING: Trash is collected on Mondays and Thursdays. We kindly ask that you roll the bins to the end of the driveway for pickup. This greatly helps us and future guests. Recycling is collected every other Friday.
