Iconic James street at your door step and Howard smiths wharves a few hundred meters away. The couch is in a shared space, so there will be mornings or nights where we will use the kitchen, front door and/or study/office. However, happy to chat and hang or respect your privacy - very easy going hosts.

We’re pretty open and flexible and ask for mutual respect. We do have a small dog and he essentially owns all areas (in his mind). We’ll try our best to keep him away from you, but sometimes, he loves a cuddle. We ask you’re respectful of this and let us know if he is too much or you want some space. As stated, we are open to your clothing optional etc, just ask you to be mindful of our neighbours including noise levels when entering and leaving.
BYO washing powders and detergents. We are environmentally friendly and avoid using the dryer but if it’s raining and need to dry clothes urgently, please just let us know prior.
There is no parking available, street parking, however it is paid and limited spots.
