1. Booking Confirmation
To reserve Accommodation, Blue Puffin Stays will require 100% of the total amount due. This amount is refundable as long as you notify us that you no longer require your booking more than Seven days prior to your arrival.
For bookings made within Seven days of arrival, full payment, by cleared funds, is required at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation within this period, no refund will be given.
If booking by telephone, Blue Puffin Stays once have confirmed acceptance of your payment details; or if booking via our website or email and the requested property is available, once you receive a confirmation by email of your booking.

3. Booking Extensions

5. Occupancy
