New appartment in Guanajuato city 3 bedrooms

1. Smoking is not allowed inside the ******** home. Smoking can only be done outside the apartment entrance, closing the door. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in that area.
2. Parties or events are not allowed.
3. If the property is in a very poor condition of cleanliness after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it, for example: dirty pots and pans, excess trash in the cans, stains on the floor, stains or noticeable dirt on the wall, stained towels, etc., a minimum additional charge of 300 Mexican pesos (18 USD) will be made.
4. No guests or visitors not registered on the reservation are allowed. If guests stay overnight but are not registered, the additional guest will be charged, as well as any associated charges. There can be no more than 10 people on the property at any given time and guests will respect and follow all rules applicable to the property.
5. You agree to know and accept the following fees:
a) Smoking: 1000 Mexican pesos (60USD) for each day that any guest is smoking inside the apartment. See rule 1.
b) Late check-out: 200 Mexican pesos (13 USD) if your departure is not authorized for late check-out, in addition to the hourly rate: the first two hours cost 160 Mexican pesos (10 USD) per hour, then 200 Mexican pesos (13 USD) per hour.
c) Loss of keys or lock: 500 Mexican pesos (35 USD)

6. A violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction of all guests without refund.
7. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the rooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
8. Keep an eye on your children while they go up and down stairs.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Make sure you turn off the lights and any electronic devices when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows, door and parking lot gate.
11. Report any damage and/or breakage in a reasonably timely manner. Damage exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to ********.
12. Wash the dishes and throw away the trash in the bin provided before checking out.
13. You agree to book in good will and will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with any decision by ******** or the host in the event of a violation of the host's rules.
14. If failure to comply with house rules leads to having to deduct or refund the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs.
15. Do not book for third parties, if the booking guest will not be in the accommodation, the booking party must communicate and provide the identification of the guests who are going to stay.
