Charming accommodation in an 18th-century farmhouse.

1/ Your arrival and handover of the keys :
We welcome you every day from 3pm. We'll give you a set of keys for the entrance to the gîte and the bike room. Not to be lost, of course (fee: €10). There's also a key box where you can collect the keys if we're absent. You will be given the code beforehand.

2/ Linen and sheets: reminder rooms will be made up on arrival with draw sheet, fitted sheet, top sheet, comforter and comforter cover, double pillow with pillowcase. A set of bath sheets and towels will be provided for each person. For the kitchen, 3 tea towels will be provided. The above items are for a maximum stay of one week. Beyond that, they will be renewed. If you wish to change more frequently, please contact us (invoicing between 5 and 10 € depending on the items to be changed).

3/ Laundry room and washing machine: a washing machine is available in the laundry room. Washing powder is provided. It's up to you to hang out your washing (on a drying rack in the gîte, or in the laundry room, or outside).

4/ Kitchen and gas: the gas stove is powered by a butane bottle. In the event of an empty bottle, please call us to arrange for a change. Safety: Please remember to close the gas knobs when not in use.

5/ Windows: Don't forget to close windows in case of rain. A locking system has been installed on all 4 windows to prevent children from falling out. The keys will be in your possession and you will be held responsible in the event of a problem.

6/ Access to the gîte. The gite has 2 entrances: the first via the outside staircase, the second via an airlock leading to our main house. This is fitted with a lock to isolate the apartment. However, it remains an emergency exit.

7/ Parquet floors and mezzanine: we recommend that you wear slippers, socks and shoes, as the parquet floors are very old and may have rough edges. Access to the mezzanine is secured by a gate that must be kept closed (risk for children). Please remain vigilant

8/ The gîte has its own electrical panel. Reset it in the event of a circuit-breaker. If the problem is more general, don't hesitate to let us know (the main switchboard is in the barn). Heating: each bedroom is equipped with an electric radiator and the bathroom with a fan heater. Please limit the use of these appliances to your own needs.

9/ Water: the gîte is connected to a septic tank. We therefore strongly advise against the use of products that are aggressive to bacteria (including bleach). We take care of adding activator every week. However, it is forbidden to throw plastic materials down the toilet. Garbage cans are available for this purpose. Warning: the water temperature is high. Don't be surprised. The 200-liter tank should be sufficient for daily use by 6 people.

10/ Rubbish garbage cans: on the commune, we use selective sorting. You will therefore have
- a garbage can in the kitchen (rubbish bags provided)
And in a room just outside the gîte:
- a recycling garbage can
