Large apartment overlooking the Villamartin Plaza and its many bars and restaurants, as well as a covered veranda overlooking the west side of the Villamartin golf course.

It features a spacious entrance hall, 2 large suites with private bathrooms, a large living room, a sitting room and a small sitting room, a golf-view veranda and a balcony overlooking the plaza (the highest in Villamartin Plaza).

With a total surface area approaching 165m², this apartment is one of the gems of the central plaza. With its three-meter high ceilings, it's not an apartment you'll feel cramped in! Thanks to its arched windows, colorful credenza and multiple interior arches, the apartment has retained its Spanish charm with pronounced Andalusian inspiration. The apartment's kitchen, with its bright, sparkling colors, is typically Spanish: bright and colorful! It is equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and citrus juicer, as well as a wide range of pots, pans and dishes. It opens onto the living room with a large counter and high stools, always in the Spanish spirit of sharing. The adjoining laundry room houses the fridge, freezer and washing machine (+ spreader!).

The apartment's sixth bed is in the golf-view veranda.

The swimming pool (with key) is freely accessible from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., with a maximum depth of 2 m. It is located in a park surrounded by palm and olive trees, 50 m from the square. It's not heated and not supervised, but it's a real green and blue oasis!

Villamartin Plaza boasts 15 restaurants, 5 bars and pubs, 1 discotheque, 3 doctors' surgeries, 2 hairdressing and beauty salons, banks and real estate agencies. A real estate complex dating from the 70s, originally built to accommodate golfers (Villamartin's international golf course is less than 100 m away, and the 5 others that make up Orihuela Costa's "Golf Tour" are within a 15 km radius). Today, the Plaza is the "corazón" for the density of its restaurants and bars, as well as for the quantity of entertainment on offer (nocturnal concerts in the middle of the square or open stages, for example). The GolfStar's balcony overlooks the square and the central stage, allowing you to enjoy the music and the festive Spanish atmosphere without having to drown in the crowds below. The apartment's small living room in the Villamartin Plaza "tower" is furnished with a large extendable sofa and a beautiful méridienne, guaranteeing an unrivalled concert experience and memorable acoustics.

The GolfStar apartment is on the third and top floor, without elevator. It can be accessed directly from the central square via the various passageways, or from the rear of the building (Rue L.V. Beethoven) via the small Andalusian-style gardens.

Villamartin is a small town accustomed to large tourist and sporting influxes. Parking (except for exceptional events such as international golf competitions or high-season months) is fluid. Parking under the GolfStar's bay windows is the most convenient option, but two large (unguarded) parking lots are available less than 100m from the apartment.
