Secret Garden in the South Zone

1) It is necessary to send the Host (at least 48 hours in advance) a photo ID of the person making the reservation and a nominal list of companions with ID numbers, including children. All guests, including children, will be asked for proof of identity at check-in. If a guest stays after the check-out date has expired, a new daily rate will be charged. Daily rates are closed when the room key is handed over.
2) We will not be able to guarantee the continuity of the stay, beyond that planned by the guest during the reservation, if there is another reservation made.
3) If the guest is unable to arrive at the scheduled time, please inform us immediately by telephone.
4) Children up to the age of 5 can stay free of charge (a maximum of 1 child per booking made directly with the Host and sharing the same bed), accompanied by their guardian(s).
5) It is FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE inside the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and in common areas covered for guests, according to STATE LAW No. 13.541, OF MAY 07, 2009. Only use outside areas indicated for this purpose, otherwise the guest may pay a fee of 500.00 (five hundred reais) for cleaning curtains, upholstery, carpets, etc.
6) From 10 p.m. onwards, SILENCE is essential for the tranquillity of guests and hosts, and is of great importance for group interaction. Failure to comply with this rule may result in your stay being canceled as a way of preserving your well-being. According to article 42 of the Federal Law of Criminal Contraventions (Law No. 3.688, of October 3, 1941), any Brazilian citizen is subject to a FINE, or imprisonment from fifteen days to three months, for disturbing the quiet of others with shouting and clamor, for exercising an annoying or noisy profession, abusing sound instruments and causing noise.
7) Guests are responsible for the upkeep of their apartment. Repairs to any damage caused by guests will be charged to the reservation holder. We do not offer a safe and we cannot be held responsible for objects or money forgotten or left on the premises.
8) Failure to show up on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation communicated to the Host).
9) The objects, furniture, appliances, linen and utensils owned by the Host are entrusted to the guests in order to provide them with comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction or shortage will be charged to the guest responsible. The Host will clarify which items are available for use.
11) It is not permitted to receive visitors in the apartment or any other room. Access to the apartment and common areas is restricted to guests and Hosts.
12) It is not permitted to hang clothes out of windows or on top of furniture. For periods of more than 5 days, an inspection of the room is mandatory. If you wish, the room can be cleaned during this inspection (at a cost of R$: 50.00 - fifty reais). We do not change bed/bath linen.
