The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. A welcome set with coffee and tea also awaits you.

Additional services:
- Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked for an additional charge
- Cleaning during the stay can also be booked for an additional charge
A registration form must be completed before check-in.

I will not be on site myself, but of course I would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible and will therefore be available as much as you need and almost all day long.
We want you to experience a 5-star stay in our Stuttgart Airport Messe apartment.

House rules:
1. check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00 at the latest. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. guests are not allowed to make reservations within their place of residence with us. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own town.
3. smoking, parties and excessive volume are not permitted, not even on balconies/terraces or in common areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. guests exceeding the number indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We will charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.
8. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas and at the apartment doors. There is no video surveillance in other rooms.
9. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
10. booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, charges, costs or expenses. Failure to do so may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.
11. an online registration form must be completed prior to check-in. Access to the apartment will not be granted without a completed form.
