- Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- Our driveway is steep, so by booking this property, you agree to hold us harmless of any liability that may arise from attempting to drive up the driveway. If you do not have 4-wheel drive, please use your best judgment in deciding to drive up the driveway. If you do decide to drive up, we recommend that you put your car in low gear. You are also welcome to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up the drive, so long as you are not blocking the shared driveway on the right side. If you do get stuck trying to go up the hill, don't worry! Pour yourself a glass of complimentary wine (on the kitchen counter), give us a call/text to let us know the situation, and we will have a neighbor come help you out as soon as possible.
- The property has two fireplaces, so by booking this property, you agree to hold us harmless of any liability that may arise from use of the fireplaces.
- Please wash your dishes after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
