I am the only resident in this 2 bedroom apartment. It is located on the second floor (American English) or 1st Floor (British English; not ground floor; of a 6 storey building. Accessible via lift or stairs.
Location and set up are great both for tourists and business travellers. Room has office desk and chair.
Tesco, Iceland and a well stocked 24hrs Turkish Supermarket are 3 min walk.
Just ~10 min walk from Bermondsey Tube station on the Jubilee Line and 3 minutes walk to a bus stop for lines going to the centre.
there are Santander bikes docked nearby and multiple Lime bikes available.
Easy tube ride to Soho, Vauxhall and East London - the main gay areas of London.
Tower Bridge is within walking distance.
All main attractions (Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Hyde Park etc) within an easy Tube or bus ride.

Strictly no smoking inside the flat. You can smoke on the balcony (ashtray provided on the balcony table).

Guests can use balcony, corridor, the main bathroom, kitchen amenities and dining table. TV in the lounge and living room are not for guest use.
