In your clean, contemporary and light-filled bedroom, you’ll find a memory foam double bed with soft cotton bed linen, 2 bedside tables and bedside lamps, a spacious wardrobe with integrated drawers and exterior full-length mirror, a 32” flat-screen, wall-mounted Samsung TV complete with your own Virgin TiVo box as well as ample plug sockets for charging your devices.
Situated next to your bedroom is a spotless and spacious luxury bathroom in cream marble tiling complete with WC, bath and powerful over-bath shower which has a plentiful supply of hot water. Complimentary Molton Brown toiletries and fluffy towels are also included in your stay (please note that bathroom is shared with owners).
Downstairs you’ll find a kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 and adjoining open-plan dining room with seating for 6 at our contemporary glass dining table; a downstairs WC and separate living room. You will of course have access to all facilities as well as private driveway parking for 1 car and finally a secluded back garden and Tiki-bar (weather permitting!) - perfect for stargazing or that crafty cigarette and night-cap before bed!
There are 2 fridge/freezers, a Nespresso coffee machine with integrated milk-frother and coffee capsules (which you are welcome to help yourself to), as well as a washing machine + tumble dryer, Philips steam iron and ironing board should you need to spruce yourself up last-minute.
The owners have 2 house-trained rabbits who live in the living room; they will be confined to the living room for the duration of your stay however, you are free to interact with them as much or as little as you wish.
The living room has a 55” Sky Glass TV; a 6 seater, dark blue fabric Barker & Stonehouse corner sofa and a mustard-coloured Chesterfield-style ottoman which you are free to join us on to watch a film with a bottle of wine or 2 during your stay!
We hope you’ll enjoy staying in our quirky, clean and comfortable home. We only have one house rule for those who stay with us: “arrive as a stranger but leave as a friend”.
