This elegant ground floor offers a unique stay experience, with a perfectly ventilated bedroom in the basement allowing for a cozy night right in the epicenter of the city's historical landmarks.

Welcome to a signature Lavie Maison property! Our souplex is bright, tastefully furnished, and optimally situated. Situated on the ground floor, the frosted glass filter offers utmost privacy, with a fully equipped kitchen and simple living room. The underground bedroom provides an intimate retreat, complete with a comfy queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample storage. Every corner is strategically crafted and thought out to ensure your safety and comfort.

Note: the "window" below is above street level and not a real window and the stairs to go below can be deemed to be a bit steep - though they meet legal requirements.
Guests have full and private access to the appartement. It's designed for self-check-in, with the keys securely placed in a lockbox. This system allows guests to arrive at their convenience, irrespective of the hour. Please note, the apartment is on the ground floor, facing the road, which could mean occasional noise in the living room, with the bedroom in the basement.
Our Lavie Maison property is nestled in a central Parisian locale, in proximity to renowned sites like the Louvre Museum, Orsay Museum, and in front of the exquisite Jardins du Palais Royal. The area brims with culture, featuring attractions like the Musée de l'Orangerie and the historic Tuileries Garden. Cafes, bistros, and boutique shops are aplenty, giving you the genuine Paris experience.

Residents of the 1st arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer.
