Nestled in the vibrant Sants neighborhood, this cozy apartment is just a 10-minute stroll from Plaça d’Espanya and a 5-minute walk to Sants Station. You’ll be perfectly connected to the city’s extensive public transport network, with metro stations, bus stops, and airport links all nearby. Getting to or from the airport is a breeze, taking just 20 to 25 minutes!
This spacious, renovated flat blends modern comfort with original modernist touches. Two private rooms are available for rent, each with its own exterior balcony offering views of the lively streets below. One room features a double bed, while the other comes with two single beds—both ideal for double occupancy. The flat also offers an open and bright living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. As a guest, you’ll share these welcoming common areas with me.
Please note: On some weekends, my dog stays with me (shared custody). He’s incredibly laid-back and friendly, so you’ll have a furry friend to keep you company!

Sants has a vibrant day and night life with places to eat, drink, shop, hang out, etc. The apartment is close to Sants station and Plaça d'Espanya, with the former Arenas bullring, now converted into a shopping center with stores, restaurants. Cinema, gym, viewpoint over the city, etc.
If you want to do something cultural, Montjuic offers you a variety of museums: Caixaforum, Fundació Joan Miró, Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya, etc. If you feel sporty, the apartment is also close to Camp Nou!
The gay scene is not very present in the neighborhood, but within a 25 minute walk you can reach the Gay Eixample, the gay area of Barcelona, with a lot to offer (bars, stores, restaurants, fetish bars, etc).
Montjuic Mountain (Castle, panoramic view of Barcelona, museums, Olympic venue) - 10/20 min walk.
Caixaforum - 10 min walk.
National Art Museum of Catalonia - 15 min walk.
Sants train station - 5 minutes walk.
Club Safari - 6 minutes walk.
Poble Español - 20 minutes on foot.
Gay Eixample - 25 min walk (gay district of Bcn with bars, stores, saunas, etc.).

There are some essential ‘rules’ of the flat, but most importantly, please take care of my place as it is yours.
– Check-in is from 15:00h to 23:00h, and check-out is until 12:00h.
– Please respect night hours and avoid being noisy after midnight.
– Not a party place.
– Smoking is only allowed on the balconies.
– Visitors are welcome, but tell me in advance if another guest will stay over the night. There is an extra fee.
– An additional cleaning fee* will be charged based on the number of nights in a booking if it is longer than 2 days.
– For extended stays (more than 2 days), you can use the kitchen and laundromat.
– Please bring house slippers to wear inside the apartment.
