Thank you for booking with us . We hope you enjoy your stay . here are the house rules: Minimum age of primary renter: 25 years old NO ADDITIONAL VISITORS ALLOWED at our home. Only registered guests may be in our home and on the grounds. Overnight and Daytime guests: 6 max including children during day and overnight per Las Vegas city rules. Over occupancy is considered a serious violation of your rental agreement. -If your group is larger than 6 people, this is not the house for you. -No additional guests allowed as per the City of Las Vegas Ordinance. Subject to a $1000 fine. ` Parking: Only 4 cars total allowed for overnight parking SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT @The one with the yellow door by AGS,LLC. When booking a reservation you (and your guests) agree to abide by the below conditions and hereby swear that the information provided within your reservation details is true. Any violation of these rules may result in eviction and or loss of all monies and deposits. -This is NOT a party house. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS shall take place on the premises. -Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am, and keep noise to a minimum at all other times. -NO loud music is permitted outdoors at any time, this includes music inside that can be heard outside- Per the City of Las Vegas. CHECK IN: 3PM If premises appear dirty or there is anything damaged at CHECK-IN, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately or the guest will be held liable. -Doors and windows must be closed while using AC / Heat, or you may incur substantial penalties for excessive electric costs or damage to AC / Heat unit. -While linens and towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rate. -Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted inside the home. -Illegal Drug use is not permitted anywhere on the property. -If smoking outdoors, all cigarette butts must be placed in trash. Violation of these rules may result in eviction and/or a $500 fee will be assessed. CHECK-OUT 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. * Late departures will be charged an additional fee. -Please close and lock all doors, sliders, windows, a fee will be charged for leaving the home unsecured. -Please turn off lights, heat or A/C. -Prior to your departure, all trash is to be properly placed in outside containers and all dishes & cookware should be cleaned and put away, or placed in dishwasher. All used towels should be put inside the laundry machine in the garage. -Carpets-floors should be in same clean condition as you found them to prevent additional charges. Additional information: You must also acknowledge: Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $600 or more depending on extent of damages. Security/Damage Deposit: Your deposit is for security and shall be refunded provided the following provisions are met: A. No damage or loss to the property or its contents B. All trash is placed in trash cans and dishes in dishwasher C. There is no dirt or mess requiring excessive cleaning D. No other costs are incurred by homeowner due to Guest’s stay E. The Guest is not evicted by owner or local law enforcement F. No early check-in or late check-out unless agreed upon H.
