FLOOR LEVEL:The spacious living room opens onto the pool, with a fully equipped kitchen offering a generous supply of utensils and storage space. The villa's design cleverly integrates 2 bedrooms (1 children's bedroom with its own shower room and a master suite) on the first floor for those who prefer to avoid the stairs.
FIRST FLOOR The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor, 2 with their own bathroom (suite) and the other 2 sharing 1 bathroom.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The Villa offers a treasure trove of outdoor spaces where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful ambience, soak up the sun's rays or take in a sunset. From the moment you enter, pretty shrubs and plants adorn the property. The 10 m x 4 m flat-bottomed swimming pool has a 20 cm-deep deck for children and a 1.40 m-deep deck for the rest of us. The pool can be covered or uncovered, making it safe and maintaining its temperature. In winter, it features an ecological solar heating system. Deckchairs provide the perfect haven for sun worshippers.
At the rear of the villa, you'll be delighted by a pergola for lunches and dinners. The Villa is also equipped with a traditional barbecue!
This is private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. All areas of the villa, including the front/back gardens, terraces/patio and private pool are accessible to guests. The villa has two levels and staircases inside - a ground-floor bedroom is offered for guest comfort.
