Trash chutes are located in the same area as the laundry facilities (east end) ON EACH FLOOR. DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE IN HALLWAYS OR STAIRWELLS.

No skating of any kind (skateboards, roller skates, inline skates, etc.) is permitted on Sugartop property.
The pool, hot tubs and exercise equipment are open daily from 9 a.m. until 11 p.m. Please note posted signs for rules and regulations for your safety. Locker rooms are available for your use. Shoes and appropriate cover-up are required in hallways, elevators and lobby areas. Towels are not proper cover-up.
Do not drape any articles over balcony railing. DO NOT THROW anything off the balconies. Absolutely no grilling or cooking on balcony.
Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
Running, rowdiness & loud activity in hallways is not permitted. After 10 p.m. reduce all noise levels. Loud parties are not permitted. Consider your neighbors’ comfort.
Do not take linens, pots and pans, dishes, blankets, etc. from unit to unit. These units are all privately owned. The owner has furnished your condominium. Please treat these facilities with the respect you treat your own home. Please
