Guests have access to the entire apartment, both pools, parking, green areas, and the public BBQ.
Electricity is not included and it is charged by the Kilowatt (approximately US$.30/KW). Guests should get instructions from our local host for how to pay for electricity usage. We also collect a US$60 cleaning fee per stay at the time of checkout.

However, as in most areas of the Dominican Republic, the tap water is safe for bathing, cleaning and clothes washing only. Do not drink the tap water. Turn left at the corner and half way down the block on the right is the store. We also suggest running the hot water for five full minutes when you arrive to flush out any stagnant water from the hot water tank.
