Triple room with balcony

If you want to spend a few days or a we in an environment immersed in nature and in total tranquility, I invite you to get to know my facility. It is a farmhouse built during the second half of the 1800s by my ancestors and completely renovated in 2022; the recovery of the property has maintained the original proportions and spaces, while providing it with all modern comforts and giving it another breath.
Room No. 3 was built where the barn was once located, once accessible only through an opening between the "crocini," via a ladder. Here there is now a lovely little balcony with a view of the courtyard and the hills facing the house. The interior of the room features a large double bed while, on the loft, another single bed will be ideal to accommodate a third person. The bathroom, in addition to essential amenities, has a large shower and toiletries. The room is on the second floor and can also be reached by elevator. Inside the house, on the ground floor, a laundry room complete with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is at the complete disposal of guests, as is the living room.
If there are more than one of you, with prior notice, it is possible to reserve the entire building, which consists of four rooms, one of which is also easily accessible to people with disabilities or motor difficulties, for a total of eleven beds.
Breakfast includes all locally sourced products: from jams to boxed bread, from brioche to tarts to fruit juices.
