Guest bedroom featuring a queen bed and hallway bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity. Located off of the master bedroom is a Florida room, air conditioned with a separate entrance/exit out onto the patio if guests desire to access this room without going through the master bedroom. Ideally this room would function very well as a lockout quarters for adult children or teenagers, as it features a queen sized sleeper sofa and its own entrance off the patio.
