2. Do not place any hot items on the wooden kitchen bench or dining table.
3. If it’s raining, please take off your shoes and leave at the entrance.
4. Due to the studio's location, the bathroom uses a wastewater pump. Thus please do not flush feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, paper towels, cotton balls, q-tips, condoms or tissues down the toilet. Only the four "P"s please. A bin is provided.
5. If you’re driving, please do not park on the verge or around the roundabout as you may risk getting a fine from Council. You can park before the roundabout, and it’s free and not time limited.
6. If you get take-away food delivered, you must meet your driver outside on the street.
7. To help us conserve electricity, please set the AC temperature in summer to 23℃ – 24℃ for comfort or 25℃ – 27℃ for maximum energy savings. In winter, reverse cycle heating should be set to around 18℃ – 20℃. An extra heater is available for the bathroom as well as extra blankets. Thank you.
