When/if there is snow in winter we recommend a 4 wheel drive car as it can be difficult to get in/out of the driveway- the main road is cleared regularly and efficiently so no need to worry about that.
*4 Person HOT TUB AVAILABLE- For your use ONLY* We have a fenced-in three-story home. The downstairs attached mother-in-law is yours. That includes a covered outside patio area just past our kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. There is also an outdoor fire pit. Please note we do live above the bnb so you may hear us and/or our dogs from time to time. We do our best to be considerate and always go upstairs to the top floor by 8-10. We provide earplugs as well if needed. If noise is a problem, please let us know via the app and we will do our best to accommodate. For the summer we rent kayaks and SUPs for 25% off to bnb guests with priority booking. During the winter we offer free Adult sized snowshoes for the duration of your stay (2 pairs available). Regarding dog poop, we have a tin trashcan to the left of the entrance of the fenced in patio. We have provided dog bags in the ********. Please use these or your own to clean up after your dog. You can dispose of those bags in the provided tin garbage can. We will do the same with ours.
Guests:
Included with the cost of the ******** is 2 guests. We allow 1 pre-approved additional guest at a cost of $25 per night. Any undisclosed guests are not allowed.
