- No pets allowed of any kind.
- Hot water is not unlimited. The boiler is oversized for a group of 4, however please bear in mind that it can take some time to reheat if it is emptied completely.
- Please use AC with respect of the planet and turn if off whenever you leave the apartment. When you turn it off, it goes through a sterilising operation. Although it doesn’t seem so, it is off.
- Please turn off the lights when you leave the apartment, using the central switch near the jacket closet.
- Please turn down the electric shutters when you leave the apartment and don’t leave anything on the window sills outside as when the shutters come down, they can break. We encourage you to take down the shutters at night and, for security reasons, when you are leaving the apartment. There is a central switch near the jacket closet.
