Electricity is extra from 01/11 to 31/03. During this period we read the meter on your arrival and departure. You will pay before leaving. Please return the house in a clean and tidy condition, with the garbage cans emptied.
When you arrive, we must make a copy of your identity papers to send to the SEF (Service des étrangers au frontières) in Portugal.
