Bighorn sheep, elusive coyotes, graceful lynxes, and swift black-tailed jackrabbits are frequent visitors, making their way to the oasis within the park. It's a front-row seat to the wonders of the desert ecosystem.

With sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests, this desert paradise is perfect for large groups and families. The three spacious bedrooms offer various configurations, including a california king and day bed in the master bedroom. A queen bed in the guest bedroom, and an additional guest bedroom with both a queen bed and bunk beds. In addition to the bedrooms, the generous game room features two day beds providing even more sleeping options, and ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

But it's not just the sleeping arrangements that make this home special; it's the wealth of entertainment options. The expansive game room is a hub of excitement, featuring a foosball table, shuffleboard table, arcade games, and classic ********do gaming. For those who prefer old-fashioned fun, there's a collection of board games to choose from.

Step outside, and you'll discover a world of outdoor activities. Challenge your friends and family to bocce ball or cornhole matches on the property. And don't forget to take a refreshing dip in the brand-new pool, complete with a true 9-foot deep end for those seeking a more exhilarating swim experience.

As the day turns into night, gather around the fire pit, where benches invite you to bask in the warmth of a roaring wood fire. It's the perfect setting to enjoy the mesmerizing views as the sun sets over the desert landscape.

You’ll have the entire house and private yard to yourself for the duration of your stay.
Very Very quiet at night, nowhere near anyone.
PARKING:
While an off-road vehicle is not required, we do always encourage guests to utilize 4x4 capable transportation. Joshua Tree is an amazing place with endless adventures, and many attractions around town including our home are located down unpaved roads that can be challenging to navigate during times of inclement weather.
POOL & SPA:
The pool & Spa are professionally cleaned twice per week as well as on the day of your arrival. We also keep the spa heated so you can hop in any time. Use the 4 buttons on the control panel to turn jets on/off, lights on/off, and heat up or heat down. Spa heating is complimentary, however, unfortunately, pool heating is unavailable. Please do not tamper with the pool and spa equipment as it will cause the equipment to malfunction. Please keep children supervised at all times, as there is no fencing and no lifeguard on duty.

FAMILY & PETS:
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.

EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.

VENDORS:
Please note that the pool & spa are serviced before and after every arrival and departure. For bookings of 3 days or more, our technicians will provide a complementary mid-stay cleaning and balance. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges. Sink into the sounds of desert solitude, peaceful nights, and starry stars...

CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to the high desert cherish the most are clean air, mesmerizing night skies, and the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.

CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!

PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!

WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, coyotes, and endangered tortoises and kangaroo mice. Please use caution when outside, especially at night with any pets and children.

NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

BACKYARD FENCING:
While we do have fencing around the entire property, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. Desert critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.

EV CHARGER:
There is not an EV charger at the home, but there is a Tesla Supercharger conveniently located in town. There is also a public EV charging station nearby at Joshua Tree Distillery, which allows charging for up to 2 hours per day.
