On a surface area of over 300m2 comprising; 4 bedrooms and 3 lounges (including 1 TV room) / 3 individual toilets / 1 bathroom and 1 shower room on the ground floor + 2 bathrooms upstairs / 1 large fully-equipped kitchen with 2 dining tables / 1 Laundry + utility room / 1 flower-filled patio with Jacuzzi (6 places).
The house has 7 beds for up to 12 travelers, including 5 places on the ground floor (2 double beds + 1 single bed) and up to 7 places upstairs (3 double beds + 1 folding single bed). Ideal for couples, families with children, or singles looking for a truly peaceful retreat.
Access to the house is either from the front via the wicket gate and stairs, or from the rear garden via the gate. The car can be parked outside in front of the house or in the garden via the rear gate. You'll have access to the whole house, except for the basement which is used as a storage workshop.
For nature lovers, you'll enjoy watching the swans and families of migratory birds from the window or directly at the water's edge; the location offers a natural spectacle rich in color day and night and every season of the year. The wonderful Buisson de Cadouin beach is a 15-minute drive away.
