Villa Symphony Configuration:
Sleeps four guests, with one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ground-floor guest bedroom (both with double beds 180×200 can convert to twin beds) both en-suite, living room sofa bed. Separate washroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Total indoor living space 110 Sqm.
Property Location:
Facing north, the villa Symphony is set in rural hillside surroundings 2km from Kissamos town, 500m from the closest shop, 1km from the closest beach, a 20-minute drive from the regional capital of Chania and 55km from the airport. Other villages, beaches, and attractions are an easy driving distance with hire car.
The swimming pool of 32 Sqm can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump at about 28°C depending on weather conditions. Pool heating is 420 euro per week extra (extra charge aplies for higher temperatures required). We request three days advance notice for this facility. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool heating effect. the Min use is 5 days or the whole guest stay for longer periods.
