- 1 PMR shower room with WC, 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs upstairs, 1 PMR WC on first floor
- Large games/meditation room in attic
With outside space at your disposal:
- Large communal courtyard of approx. 900m² with 16th-century gatehouse and century-old chestnut tree
- Parking spaces and electric car socket
