Everyone, inside their own home, can continue the evening in peace and quiet for their neighbors.
If you wish to continue the evening outside, Discotheques, Bars, ..... no noise in the staircase, the elevator and the entrance of the Residence while leaving and returning.
Some co-owners go to bed quite early because they have to get up early to go to work the next day.
- Selective sorting is systematically practiced: a garbage can with 2 types of container (organic waste and recyclable waste) is available at the entrance to the Residence.
Your host will provide you with "special" waste separation bags.
For glass, a special container is located not far from the Residence and will be indicated to you by your host on arrival.
A "Cleaning" deposit of 80 Euros is required on arrival and is refundable on departure, following the outgoing inventory of fixtures, if the apartment is left in an excellent state of cleanliness.
