I have a well-appointed kitchen, which you’re welcome to use. If you take any food or beverage, just please replace it. If something isn’t the way you expect, just ask. I have a day job, so the place is yours from around 7 am until I get home in the evening. I cook dinner most nights. You’re welcome to join me for dinner or do your own thing. I also usually have a martini after dinner—again, I’m happy to share. The apartment community is extremely quiet, so minimal noise levels are expected as a courtesy to my neighbors. The apartment community is nonsmoking, inside and outside—that is a must. No drugs or other illicit products are allowed. Do not bring any kind of weapon into my home.
The apartment is in the 3rd floor, so there are 39 steps to navigate. I will occasionally have massage clients over in the evening or on the weekend. If I have a houseguest, I’ll move my massage table to my bedroom so that I don’t disturb you. Please note that I do have a very friendly dog. She rarely ever barks, but will want to check you out. Please do not invite anyone over to my home without checking with me first.
Basic kindergarten rules apply:
1. If you use it, put it back.
2. If you use it up, replace it.
3. If you break it, or it otherwise becomes unusable to me, you need to buy a new one.
4. If you need something, just ask. If I’m not around and don’t answer my phone, just look for it within reason. Example, I don’t keep coffee creamer in my closet.
